Nominations were evaluated by a panel of diverse edtech professionals, constituting 80% of the winners鈥� overall scores. Public online voting comprised the other 20% of the score. The Annual Tech Edvocate Awards are produced by The Edvocate each year. The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in the United States.
